COVID-19 Policy

  • All clients must come wearing masks.

  • Blankets/fabrics will no longer be provided so please dress warm or bring your own blankets.

  • Reschedule if you have been sick or traveled within last 14 days.


  • For everyone’s convenience, please come with a clean face (no makeup, lotion, lash glue, etc.).

  • Face cleaning (Eye Makeup) can be added for $5 more if your face is not prepped in time for the appointment.

  • Showering and washing your hair is highly recommended before coming to the appointment because wetting your lashes before the 24 hour mark after your appointment (including sweat and steam) will result in ruining the work just done.

  • Any allergic reactions or problems that occurs after the appointment are to be reported within a 24 hour period and will be fixed or removed free of charge. Any problems after the 24 hour mark will not be our responsibility.

  • Please don’t be late to the appointment. Tardiness will take time off your appointment.

  • For newer clients, there is a one-time waiting period of 10 minutes incase you are a little tardy, but any periods over 15 minutes will be considered a canceled appointment and will be a 100% charged service.

  • Appointments before or after hours will have an additional $25 fee.

  • For every new client, on your first appointment, you are required to give a 50% non-refundable deposit before the appointment.

  • For the clients who have a history of not showing at the right time or canceling after the 24 hour mark may need to give the full payment before the appointment.

  • Please make sure you schedule when it is convenient for you so there is no tardiness.

  • Please do not bring unscheduled guests to your appointments.

Cancel/Reschedule

  • Clients must give a 24 hour notice before their scheduled appointment for both canceling and rescheduling in order to get a full refund.

  • When rescheduling, deposits may be transferred only once for each appointment.

  • No-shows will be 100% charged for the service.

  • When canceling an appointment, be sure to double check to make sure the appointment is canceled before the 24 hour mark and is fully refunded afterwards.
